Nuremberg (03/2020) – KlinkVISION® Analyzer is an independent software program which statistically analyzes and clearly visualizes alarm messages of the visualization system KlinkVISION®. The analyzer helps to analyze the potentials of the automated logistics system quickly and easily, presenting them in table form as well as graphically in a statistics report.

Nuremberg (02/2020) – Since January 1, 2020, Hagen Schumann has been a member of the executive board at Klinkhammer Intralogistics GmbH, where he serves alongside Frank Klinkhammer, the managing owner.

Nuremberg/Hermaringen (01/2020) – At the company headquarters in Hermaringen in Baden-Wuerttemberg, Hauff, together with the intralogistics specialist Klinkhammer, will build a new automated logistics center, connected to the existing production area. The combination of 2 automated storage systems for containers and palletized goods and the automated order consolidation buffer will streamline material flows at high storage density.

Nuremberg/Lille (11/2019) – On the LogiMAT exhibition in hall 1 stand C46 Klinkhammer Intralogistics GmbH presents autonomous shuttle robots. Klinkhammer expands its product portfolio by shuttle robots tak-ing over the transport to the order picker as well as the storage in the racking system of the small parts warehouse. As of now, e-commerce and retail suppliers in search of flexible, scal-able automated warehouse systems are able to buy Skypod systems of the company Exotec Solutions, integrated into their overall logistics with the warehouse management software and service of Klinkhammer.

Klinkhammer Intralogistics GmbH, headquartered in Nuremberg and GreyOrange, with regional headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, have concluded a partnership agreement for the distribution, implementation and the service support of the products of GreyOrange.

Klinkhammer is modernizing and expanding Europe‘s largest warehouse for bicycle parts

With an expansion and modern warehouse automatization, Simba Dickie Group, one of the leading toy manufacturers, optimizes its logistics at the logistics center in Sonneberg. Together with the intralogistics specialist Klinkhammer, Simba Dickie Group extends the existing automated small-parts warehouse by 4 aisles and an integrated order combination buffer as well as modern order picking stations, thereby setting a new course for future logistics processing in Sonneberg.

Klinkhammer delivers intelligence for the e-commerce warehouse. With 1300 employees, X-KOM is one of the best-known dealers for consumer electronics, IT and computers in Poland. For 17 years now, the company has been on a permanent growth path with more than 26 stationary shops and an online shop. The intralogistics specialist Klinkhammer has been awarded the contract for control technology, software and material flow control of the distribution warehouse. A high-performance, two-aisle container warehouse with 38 level-bound shuttles and about 30,000 storage spaces has been implemented. It is connected to the order picking and shipping areas via conveyors.

Frankana Caravan und Freizeit GmbH, together with the sister company FREICO, is one of the leading wholesalers of the camping and recreational equipment industry. The product range comprises 10,000 articles in various sizes and materials, from flooring, tents and awnings to batteries. Due to the increased demand, the existing plant at the Gollhofen location will be extended by an additional hall, connected with conveyors by the intralogistics specialist Klinkhammer and equipped with a modern incoming goods area, a pallet and a cantilever warehouse.

With KlinkVOICE®, the intralogistics specialist Klinkhammer presents on LogiMAT 2019 a mobile application for audio-visual user guidance during order picking and storage. The mobile solution with multimedia kit comprising app, smartphone, headset and scanner offers decisive cost and flexibility advantages to the customers. It can be used comfortably for pick-by-voice and put-by-voice applications.

Bad Urach: Ordered today, supplied to the customer the next morning – this promise is one of the fundamentals for the success of the compressed air and pneumatics specialist Riegler. To optimally adapt the intralogistics processes to future requirements, the logistics center of Riegler in Bad Urach has been extended by a state-of-the-art, automatic small parts warehouse in the existing building.

Nuremberg / Anhausen (08/2018) – Haus Rabenhorst commissions the Klinkhammer Group to optimize the logistics processes and to connect the central warehouse and the external warehouses with the new warehouse management software KlinkWARE®. The aim is to digitalize the processes and to administer all logistics locations in one software in order to significantly increase the transparency and efficiency in the warehouse.

Medical device manufacturer Ofa Bamberg expands and retrofits logistics center

Nuremberg/Bamberg (06/2018) – As one of the leading manufacturers of medical compression stockings, orthopedic supports and ortheses with about 600 employees and a success story extending over 90 years, Ofa pursues a clear demand: maximum comfort and attractive looks at best effect. The product design of Ofa won numerous international awards.

As of 20th of June our company name changes from "A. Klinkhammer Förderanlagen Kreative Lager- und Produktionslogistik GmbH" to "Klinkhammer Intralogistics GmbH".

The amendment is made due to our increasingly international focus and, at the same time, results in simplification. Please forward this information to the relevant office to carry out the amendment. Nuremberg / Vienna (05/2018) – After successful completion of logistics planning Klinkhammer secured a contract as general contractor to realize the warehouse automation and digital networking project for the logistics center of Spiral Reihs & Co. KG, in Austria. At the new site in Wien-Inzersdorf, around 5 km away from the current site of the tools and machinery dealer Spiral, a new administration and logistics building will be realized.

Nuremberg / Munich (04/2018) – With around 4,700 employees, TTI Inc. is one of the leading global distributors for passive, discrete and electromechanical components as well as performance, sensor and connector components. The European headquarters is in Maisach near Munich. TTI awards Klinkhammer a contract to equip the various warehouse systems of the new distribution center with uniform control technique and superset Klinkhammer warehouse management system including materials flow computer. The aim is to increase the performance of the overall system and to make the flows of material even more efficient. The integration process includes amongst others shelf storage systems, lift, autostore, shuttle and pallet storage systems as well as conveyors and 70 packaging stations.

Nuremberg / Turkey (02/2018) – Regardless of barrels and big bags or unmixed pallets with packaging material – at Sanofi’s production site in Lüleburgaz/Turkey more than 1,000 euro-pallets daily are moved over the conveyors installed in the incoming goods and shipping department. The Sanofi group, headquartered in Paris, is one of the world’s leading healthcare suppliers. According to the IMS, Institute for Healthcare Informatics, Sanofi is the fourth-largest pharmaceutical company around the world and has been renowned in the ambitious emerging markets for a long time. The expansion of the product portfolio resulted in an increasing need for new conveyor technology solutions allowing to smoothly handle pallets with a weight of up to one ton.

Nuremberg (12/2017) - On the LogiMAT exhibition, the Klinkhammer Group will present in hall 1, booth 1C46, the extension of its software portfolio in the field of WMS and materials flow control. In addition to KlinkWARE®, Klinkhammer now offers together with its partner SWAN also SAP Extended Warehouse Management to be able to supply turnkey warehouse management solutions within its SAP World.
