Nuremberg (03/2021) – The successful path of the intralogistics specialist will be continued with the new building of the company headquarters of Klinkhammer Intralogistics GmbH, creating optimal framework conditions for further growth. The investment totals 10.5 million euros.

Nuremberg/Vestenbergsgreuth (02/2021) – At Martin Bauer Group, Klinkhammer implements a 31 m high, fully automated high-bay warehouse with production connection. Martin Bauer Group is a leading expert in the field of herbal solutions for the tea, beverage, food and animal nutrition industries. At more than 20 locations, 2,800 employees generate an annual turnover of 500 million euros. At Vestenbergsgreuth near Nuremberg, there was an undeveloped area next to the existing buildings. Here, the in-house logistics was adapted to the future requirements of the production supply and the storage capacity was significantly expanded. The aim was to significantly increase efficiency through optimized processes and fast availability.

Nuremberg/Turkey (12/2020) – Gratis, the leading Turkish drugstore chain with more than 600 stores in 79 cities in Turkey makes its logistics fit for e-commerce, together with Klinkhammer. The current, manually operated distribution center in Tuzla near Istanbul was expanded by several building areas and floors. An innovative conveyor and sorter system with 42 order picking and packing sta-tions controls the material flow from the start of the order to dispatch.

Nuremberg/Zams (12/2020) – The new logistics center of the Landeck-based company Kofler integrates an automated 20 meter high deep-freeze warehouse with order picking area as well as pick-by-voice-operated cold and dry storage areas. The core is the automated tray warehouse for temperatures down to between -18°C and -24°C featuring 2 aisles, planned by the intralogistics specialist Klinkhammer.

Nuremberg (09/2020) – With around 6,700 employees and 133 branch offices worldwide, TTI Inc. is one of the leading global distributors for passive, discrete and electromechanical components as well as performance, sensor and connector components. At the European headquarters in Maisach near Munich, Klinkhammer equips work station and conveyor extensions as well as a new, third shuttle aisle with control technology and the Klinkhammer warehouse management system including material flow computer.

Nuremberg (08/2020) – Göpfert Maschinen GmbH, the world’s leading manufacturer of machines for the processing of corrugated cardboard, extends its warehouse by an automated shuttle warehouse with KlinCAT multi-level shuttles and a conveyor platform. The aim is increased performance and compaction of the storage area.

Nuremberg/Lille (11/2019) – On the LogiMAT exhibition in hall 1 stand C46 Klinkhammer Intralogistics GmbH presents autonomous shuttle robots. Klinkhammer expands its product portfolio by shuttle robots tak-ing over the transport to the order picker as well as the storage in the racking system of the small parts warehouse. Klinkhammer is modernizing and expanding Europe‘s largest warehouse for bicycle parts

With an expansion and modern warehouse automatization, Simba Dickie Group, one of the leading toy manufacturers, optimizes its logistics at the logistics center in Sonneberg. Together with the intralogistics specialist Klinkhammer, Simba Dickie Group extends the existing automated small-parts warehouse by 4 aisles and an integrated order combination buffer as well as modern order picking stations, thereby setting a new course for future logistics processing in Sonneberg.

Klinkhammer delivers intelligence for the e-commerce warehouse. With 1300 employees, X-KOM is one of the best-known dealers for consumer electronics, IT and computers in Poland. For 17 years now, the company has been on a permanent growth path with more than 26 stationary shops and an online shop. The intralogistics specialist Klinkhammer has been awarded the contract for control technology, software and material flow control of the distribution warehouse. A high-performance, two-aisle container warehouse with 38 level-bound shuttles and about 30,000 storage spaces has been implemented. It is connected to the order picking and shipping areas via conveyors.

The product range comprises 10,000 articles in various sizes and materials, from flooring, tents and awnings to batteries. Due to the increased demand, the existing plant at the Gollhofen location will be extended by an additional hall, connected with conveyors by the intralogistics specialist Klinkhammer and equipped with a modern incoming goods area, a pallet and a cantilever warehouse.
