LogiMAT

Innovation-driven intralogistics

Nuremberg, November 2025 – At LogiMAT, system integrator Klinkhammer Intralogistics will be focusing on innovative solutions for warehouse automation that make warehouse processes more efficient, flexible and error-free – from manufacturer-neutral logistics planning to the implementation of complex warehouse systems.

Two powerful shuttle systems for pallets and containers, which are also designed for deep-freeze warehouses, will be presented live at the trade fair, along with autonomous mobile robots. The basis for an optimal solution is not only the hardware, but rather proactive planning. Klinkhammer supports its customers in developing the optimal logistics concept and warehouse system, regardless of manufacturer or technology. Logistics planning identifies weak points and potential savings, streamlines processes, optimises material flows and ensures that the most cost-efficient and sensible logistics solution is developed. Shuttle and robot technology opens up new potential and enables a new level of automation in warehouse concepts.

It is not only the technology that has to run smoothly under demanding conditions, but also the processes – especially where cold temperatures, time pressure and ergonomics come together. The wholesale trade in fresh food in particular requires specialised storage solutions that cover all temperature zones and thus ensure the product quality of sensitive goods. Based on actual projects, Klinkhammer shows what modern warehouse automation looks like in practice – from pre-picking and optimised order container sequencing to loading roll containers for shipping. The most exciting form of innovation is one that not only increases efficiency but also improves working conditions.

The technology is complemented by the specially developed KlinkWARE warehouse management system. It automatically controls all processes and optimises material flows in the warehouse. Klinkhammer determines which technology is right for each customer as part of a system- and manufacturer-neutral logistics planning process. It starts with a comprehensive analysis and offers variants and cost comparisons. The result of the multi-stage logistics planning process includes plans, system and process descriptions, costs and schedules. It also takes into account on-site location details, technology, IT infrastructure and personnel capacities. This holistic approach ensures planning reliability, accelerates project implementation and provides companies with decisive advantages: greater efficiency, lower costs, sustainable competitive advantages and investment security.
